Pronet Shadeports

Pronet Shadeports used provide excellent service. Not any more. Lindie promised to phone me yesterday 21 October 2020 as she would have been in my area, to confirm the time she would come to give a quote. Well this did not happen. When I phone today 22 October 2020 Louise told me "she must have forgotten. She will phone you later to tell you when she will be there." When I told her that I am at work she told me to tell Lindie that when she phones me. I told her that she should get hold of Lindie and inform her that she can not come today - arrangements were made for yesterday and that I will rather see if I can get reliable people to deal with the reaction was OK. They are obviously NOT serious about business. Pronet you went from Hero to ZERO!!

Excellent quality shadeports that are durable and really easy on the eye esp the cantilever shadeports. Service is brilliant from beginning to end and the price is fair for the quality and the service. They have done two big jobs for me thus far and this is the basis for my review. May their excellence endure!

Made an appointment for last week Thursday. Never showed or called. Called them back twice and was told the lady would call back and never did
