The worst experience of my life. arrived at 4am they opened at 7am...after the horrible que i only got into the offices at 2pm after which i was being sent around the office from one que to another que from one consultant to another none of the consultants were willing to assist us right now it's 4h38 pm I'm still inside and they telling us that they don't want to assist us. guys south africa is becoming Zimbabwe...one of the consultants was even applying at the SAPS rather then helping the person sitting in front of him
The internet says they open 7:30. I stayed on the que outside, till 8:30 and there was still no movement.maybe it's better in the afternoon.
Totally useless very slow service never answer their phones you need to make a living but how no help what so ever useless
There's something fishy that's happening there when you have to verify fingerprints, they send people to the department of home affairs without issuing them with letters. And at home affairs they can't assist without the letter, then you should pay for it mysteriously. Corruption
They were fast and busy when I went there today
Slow service opened almost 15 Minutes after opening time. Consultants are uninformed and unhelpful, directed me wrongly. The only upside it the Lad that helped me was fast, the other personnel in the New Applications office went on Brunch even before the bussines day even started
They didn't let us in on time when they opened, staff was incompetent, referre you to office when you get there the people walk way and go to buy fat cakes when you eventually get to the front of lone they tell you Ohh eishh i cant help you go back to the line, when you eventually get to the right person it goes alot faster
Quick and easy, more than I expected. I didn't last even a 15 minutes I was done That's an excellent service I'm soo happy
