Puly's Cupcakes

My daughter bought me the birthday cake as a surprise bcos this birthday was special. The cake was beautifully decorated and you want to eat it all by just looking at it. Unfortunately i couldn't finish the slice. It all went into the dustbin bcos it was dry dry dry. I was really disappointed and to think that my daughter sacrificed her allowance to buy this cake only to end up in the bin is sad. My guests were also disappointed.

I ordered a cake from here but I was so utterly disappointed since I had only heard good reviews surely the cakes had to be as good. Nope. Either the cake was made days before collection or the cakes are just generally dry. Having paid so much money, it made me sad that I only had one slice..

They have got to be the most decadent cupcakes I have had. And omg if you're ever in need for Malva pudding she makes the best in town. Trust me, she is worth giving a try. And can I say her friendliness professionalism is amazing.

Utterly disappointing service, i would recommend that anyone and everyone stay away from this place. They literally ruined all my plans. I have never seen such incompetence.
