Purple house dental surgery

Facilities are trying, the Old lady at the reception has got some rude undertones.. the Nurse who was giving vaccine to my daughter was very careless with how she administers the injections, it hit my baby so bad that she was bleeding a lot and she was diverting to her clothes saying her pants were probably applying so much pressure hence so much blood, it was truly shocking coz I deliberately dressed her in very loose, oversized clothing. Then as I'm in the queue, the baby released herself and boom! I had no where to change my baby's diaper, I went into the car to change her then went back inside and I asked where can I throw the nappy, did the reception lady not suggest that I put a stinking diaper back into my car.. like how can a place that treats babies have no diaper station and nowhere to throw the nappies? I would NEVER! EVER go back there! Or recommend it to anyone with a baby.. I don't know about the dr Side. Oh and also as I was checking the price board, their prices seemed a bit ridiculous for me. You cannot charge premium prices with average service and facilities.

Opens at 9 but doctor gets here at 10 why not open at 10.
