The owner of this Pyramid Pools Company is a very capable person. However when I chose his company to build my pool it was because he suggested additional aspects that other pool companies had not suggsted. When the pool was built it was not as deep as I had specified in the agreement. I had also discussed that when they use my neighbor and his rubble removal truck to take away the sand from the hole dug for the pool. They just did their own thing and used someone else and charged me more for it. I purchased the very expensive procelin floor tiles instead of getting them to quote and purchase them via his company. The result was the staff wasted many tiles at my cost. After they were finished I fetched and kept many partially broken tiles from the pavement that could have been used instead of sending me to purchase more tiles at my cost. Some of the tiles were not laid with enough cement under them and had a hollow sound when I walked on them and knocked on them with my finger. I had already paid in full on completion of the pool. When the owner Ross agreed to send one if his workman to repair the final outstanding faults, I showed him and he replied that ”that he can't spend all day with his workman fixing the faults". So I had not errred in paying him the large amount of money to build the pool, but he couldn't afford to send one of his low paid workman to fix the errors. This low paid workman also was using a spade to remove one of the loose tiles, and he then chipped another tiles whilst he was redoing the one that needed repair. So eventually I decided that I should quit whilst I'm behind as this workman might do more damage than good. If you use this company to build for you, you need to hold back the final agreed payment until you are satisfied, because once Ross has your money he doesn't honour the agreement.
