Rabie Ridge Police Station

I had a horrible service I went there to satisfy my documents. The guy who was supposed to help me was very rude and refused to help me.

Another government public service place that lack resources . Aware that it not the individual but do not waste your time going to this police station . You certify : there’s always a long line. Affidavit: no copies.

The service was horrible, a person can literally die waiting for assistance. It’s safe to say I’ll never call for police assistance. They don’t help anyway

I think is safe to say I am not a fan of public services, I happen to find the officials rude and unpleasant. One would swear that they do not appreciate the work they do. I was assisted by a nice man at the police station, he made certain that he hears and understands my query and assists me. His colleague, a rude lady with an even worse attitude denied me a pen while she had two in her hand. I found it disturbingly infuriating. I fail to understand how one can work for the public but still fail to assist the same public they supposedly work for. It is utter disgust. I'd nonetheless, still recommend it to anyone that requires assistance.

Officer Ramashala was extremely helpful and patient .I have never had such a pleasant experience at a Police Station in South Africa.Keep up the great work lady.
