Deon of Radio Vision transgressed the speed limited at Mjejane and racked up R5'000 in speed fines and now refuses to pay. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. A company to avoid.
I took my microwave to have a check done on what’s wrong. Without a signed quote they fixed the microwave. The cost is almost the cost of a new one. Then when I went to collect it. They lost it and said they would call when they found it. I did not receive a call from them and had to follow up. Poor service
Soo unprofessional, would never recommend them. Was referred to them by LG to fix my washing machine and they charged extra for “part” which they did not even provide a proper quote or invoice for. The machine is still under warranty, have escalated the matter with LG SA to look at the matter
I took 2 of my tv's in for repairs after they'd been strucked by lightning. I told the person so. I had to pay R 900 upfront, non refundable. After 2 weeks I got a sms informing me that the tv's cannot be repaired. I then took the tv's to another place where miraculously they managed to fix both! On confronting the owner of radio vision with this his response was: they probably used chinese parts. Whatever mr radio vision, the tv's work and they didn't charge me R900 for nothing. But more than that, your arrogance, your very hostile attitude, your refusal to pay me back even R100 of the money you'd charged me upfront left a bitter taste. Be aware of this when you take your stuff there. And you Deon, I hope you enjoyed your ill begotten money. What did you say when I told you that I am going to write you a bad review "go ahead, I need the advertisement ". That's how arrogant you are.
First time experience.....this was a friendly no hassle no fuss business that is to the point and professional. Helped me quickly with my problem. Will definitely go back.!
I have taken several broken- down TVs to Deon, the owner of Radio Vision over a period of 30 years or more and was always very satisfied with his level of service and also his helpfull and friendly disposition!
I took in a docking station for repairs. This was done speedily and the front lady was very good and helpful. Recommended.
