The service from the office staff but their store facilities where in such a condition that will make one regret the choice of choosing them, did report it to the lady that was helping us with renting out the unit and she did offer to move us to another unit but felt like it will be more work for us to take out the furniture and repack it again to another unit. This is the condition of the unit when we opened it
This storage is the worstest, they stole all my item stole my couch and my microwave and my television with home theater, they claim they don’t know about it, I never owe them a dim still they stole almost all the item I kept there, Patronize them at your own risk, they put me in more debt
I am very pleased with the professionalism dealing with the admin staff in booking the unit. Further, after many quotes from various places, this facility is very clean, no damp smell so i am pleased that my goods will not get mouldy. The security is tight. Plus the special of 50% for first 3 months was the differentiator that eventually convinced me to choose them. When i arrived to pack my goods, the process was seamless and easy. Overall a wonderful experience
Horrible service from *JOY*. I was notified of an amount owed then and was told that I will be allowed to move out the very same day. After doing the payment she states that we are not allowed to move out as but was promised to be allowed on a Sunday this does not make sense to me.
Very affordable secure and clean storage place. The staff is professional and friendly.Very glad for the free transport offered by the company, though no loaders are provided. Am happy customer.
I have been using their storage for 6 months. Joy and her colleagues are an absolute Joy...excuse the pun. The security guards are wrm and welcoming and the staff at the units are also respectful, nice and welcoming. I recommend this storage.
Spoke to a Thandi for the Midrand storage and she said to me I'll call you back I have a client in front of me. And I ask are you really saying that to a prospective client and she dropped the phone. Rude lady I'll pass on such behavior thank you!!!
Poor service. At first she had four units available after inspection of a show unit suddenly there was none available. No alternative and no interest in helping any further. The sales person looked like she was going to a night club and couldn't even type the keyboard her nails were so long.. Very poor first impression. Would not recommend this company for your storage requirements....
Excellent customer service. The delight for me what being provided an 8-ton closed truck plus driver for free for 3hrs and then you pay about R300 per/hr after that...I happen to be moving on a rainy day and my truck option fell far below the standard of what I received. I also happen to fo on the Black Friday weekend so I got discounted storage - saving about R650 per month. A day that was meant to be stressful became light and breezy because of this company...
I wish I could give them zero stars. I was told to be here at 8am sharp to get my things. I requested to meet the driver at 8:30am, but they insisted that I have to be here at 8am. After a 12hour drive from CT, I managed to get here at 7:50am rushed because of Rent-A-Store, by 9am the driver still has not arrived. The offices are also not answering their phones. I paid a full month’s rental and R700 for the truck, plus extras for someone to help load and offload. Rubbish service.
