The best price in town, the storages are clean and big enough for the price. The staff was willing to help, they even helped me unpack my furniture from the truck to the unit. I believe they have their own truck if you need transport. You use you lock to lock up and they DON'T keep a key for your unit. There are CCTV Cameras everywhere. A R500 unit can fit a queen bed, fridge, microwave, study desk and chair and a couple of suitcases. But if you pack better you can fit even more stuff.
I have had my items in the storage facility for just over 2 months and their services have been exceptional. They helped me move in my items, they always answer calls and emails timeously, they are affordable, and their facilities are in great condition. Couldn't be happier.
I used this facility..they have great staff who are very professional and their prices are quite reasonable..there is a lady that handles the rents..she needs training on customer service and also people skills,I know the owners are very loving people..dont know if they are still the recent owners.
Paid almost R3000 to move, and nearly all my furniture was damaged, scratched, mirrors cracked and frames broken.They just didn't care. When I complained I was advised that I should have managed the moving process. Should I have been in the vehicle moving the goods making sure it didn't get damaged? They took no responsibility. But had no issues invoicing me and making sure all payments were made. Very unethical business practice. 2 weeks later and still no call received to sort anything out
Looks neat and easy to access. The gate was open all the time though so I'm not sure about safety
Rented here last year and it was ok, but I must say under the new management things have really turned around. The storage is clean, efficient and really worth while.
Negatives are the lean available hours of access, and then there were some rising damp issues in a few of the units. Service was good and prices not much above more remote establishments. I feel comfortable storing my household here
Comparing it to other storage facilities I've used,My Unit was very dusty, I had to lay down some refuse bags on the floor.
The service I received here was horrible, getting in the storage was not a problem, they were more then willing to accommodating me. Afterwards it just went downwards, I would not recommend this place.
