If I could give a zero rating I would. Do not even bother considering this place. I purchased a 2013 VW T5 from them and when I tell you it’s been issue after issue. Left the car there for 3 weeks to get repaired and very little communication was given to me during that time. Had to constantly call for feedback. I went to get the car and a mere 2 hours after collecting it, the issues I had all came back. The electrical is faulty, leaking water and oil and has no power. I literally got stranded on the side of the highway driving home in it. This was the worst purchase I could have ever made. And the application will be very quick. But getting them to sort issues out will be a nightmare and it’ll never get fixed.

Take a mechanic with you when you decide to buy a car here and drive the minimum 10kms to test drive the car hitting the 120km/h so you can reveal all the errors. It's hardly 24 hours and the car has died. The best we could get from the salesperson was that the car has warranty and will be fixed. We are unable to move, we have an installment due and the car is already a none-runner. Do your checks,DO NOT BUY HERE.

I have asked numerous times to speak to a Manager or an Owner of the company. This didn't happen. The Sales Person that answered the phone was Themba, don't trust this guy. His explaination is poor and he doesn't make any sense or needs to be taught how to speak to customer. It's scary to think that Sales People of this calibre work for this Company. Instead of giving me their Manager's number, I was given another Sales Person to speak to Dumasani, who has the same attitude or even worse, shocking. Little did they know that I was recording my phone calls. I would stay away from these Sales People who work for this Dealership. You are better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Stay away from Themba and Dumasani, it seems they are hiding the truth behind the conditions of their cars after asking for a AA Dekra Report or a 101 point check. I even asked if they could do the COR which I was prepared to pay for. Be on the lookout and don't be caught out.

Not having a great experience, I applied for a vehicle on Thursday and only received back communication on Sunday for documents to proceed with submission to the banks, sent all the relevant documentation through on Monday. Until date have not received a call back with an update. I called Themba who has been assisting me with my application just be told that he had no electricity and still does not have electricity and therefor my application was never submitted to the bank for approval, he could also not reply to me via email because he had no electricity. I'm specific if this company wants to do business with me..

Dumisani is a good salesman and does everything to keep the customer happy, the dealership itself and some of the people working there aren't nice at all. They don't care about customer satisfaction, good reputation or anything all they care about is the money that is why they FORCE you to give them a good review before they allow you to get your vehicle or Natis documents. Would not recommend them at all.

After reading the reviews about this Dealership, it looks like they don't care about their customers. Some reviews are just shocking. So I decided to phone this Dealership and truth be told, terrible service from a guy who I barely heard his name, Dumisa. He is Disrespectful and talks over you. I was going to buy 2 Cars from here. Decided not too. Thank You reviewers. The Owners response to these reviews just shows that he too doesn't care.

My dad and I went to look at a car he saw online. He liked the car and put down a deposit. The next day a family emergency happened that made him unable to buy the car. The sales agent was informed less than 24hrs that we were unable to continue with the purchase. Long story short. It was a long back and forth between us and the agent that we decided to go to the shop to meet up with the manager by the name David Scoltz.This man was rude to the staff and to us.Started shouting and telling us his not going to refund us. His behaviour was disgusting. Maybe because of the colour of our skin only he knows. Right cars is not so right.
