I've been a patient of Dr.R.J Rinkwest & Dr. C .J Rinkwest for a very long time, and was always treated with greatest respect,and received the best medical care from both Dr. R.J Rinkwest as well as from Dr C.J Rinkwest. I will recommend both Drs to any of my friends & family.

Booked an appointment for 14h30 last week, get there the daughter who I didn't want to see in the first place is late from her lunch, reception staff coughing, she finally struts in and she gives me attitude for my annoyance, took everything from me to keep my calm, she is going to kill the practice if allowed to continue, she feels entitled and belittling to clients, worst doctor, she should be reported to medical board

Dr Cara is my doctor for the last 6 years, seen others but I alway return to Dr Cara she's the best

My wife experienced the worst service, beginning with the lady at the reception who seemed not to know how to look up our medical aid details, almost sending her back, she had to point out the obvious details that were in front of her. The Dr’s best was convincing my wife that what she was feeling was normal, despite the discomfort that had brought her there, she only ran a test that is available on the shelf at any pharmacy. I hope they all improve if writing these reviews make any difference however, for now I do not recommend anyone to this establishment.

Would have given a 3 star, but since Dr Rinkwest daughter started consulting, I have given a 1 star. Unfortunately, there's no professionalism, no feedback, the patient needs to chase after the doctor/receptionist repeatedly. The qualities a doctor should portray is lacking, majorly.

I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and only waited 15 minutes and the receptionist kept me up to date on the wait. Dr Cara Rinkwest is exceptional and thorough. She is caring and efficient and makes you feel like a person with personal touch not just another number or patient. Thank you so so much!

Just want to say a big Thank you to Dr R.J Rinkwest for taking such good care of my Mom. I live in the UK and my Mom lives in Cape Town. She has not been well the last few months and its very upsetting not been able to be with her during this time. But what a blessing Dr Rinkwest has been over this period. He is very caring and thorough and takes time to listen to his patients making them feel relaxed. Every time I call after a visit she feels she is in good hands. So I would just like to say Thank you for caring it means so much to not only your patients but to the patients families.

It’s advertised that the place opens 9am. My appointment is booked at 9:30am. I got here 9:15am and was knocking and calling and nobody answered. The receptionist got here at 9:25am and completely ignored me at the door and when I greeted and said “hi I have an appointment at 9:30” she abruptly said “well it’s not 9:30 yet is it” and then told me to just wait outside as she needs to be disarm the alarm. She was very rude. I am still in shock. Nevertheless, I am in desperate need to see the doctor so I have waited. To my surprise he was absolutely amazing and this is so unfortunate as the first impression has been ruined simply because of frontdesk. EDIT: I am pleased to change my rating from 1 to 5 stars as they have replaced their receptionist. The new receptionist is so lovely, friendly and professional. And Dr Rinkwest himself is always lovely too. Thank you :

Very friendly front desk staff, very much professional and polite. The receptionist was very much helpful and patient. I like the cellular text communication, makes life much more easier. Doctor Cara, is wonderful. She is very polite which makes the session very much comfortable.
