mixed residential area with high density student accommodation.
Convenient for student's accommodation. Not recommended for family buying/ yona leyo.
The quickest Pick n Pay. Well arranged to serve daily needs of customer. Avarage time to stang on the queue is 2minutes
Very, very high crime rate. The lack of security has led to countless break-ins, thefts, assault and recently as of the 14th of September the death of someone shot at gunpoint. To add to that there are absolutely no rules or any management. The place is filthy on any given day. Anyone can access the premises. Drugs are used openly, loud music and parties and all sorts of things go on as the inhabitants please. I strongly recommend that you find yourself a safer and much more homely place for yourself.
A good place for students or a small family starting up.
Good place for renting. Especially students and workers starting up in life.
I haven't stayed there but once visited friends.The place is just ok for students who are gonna stay there for few couples of year and leave after getting their qualifications.There are business opportunities for services needed by students.But it's untidy and most houses are neglected by owners as no gardening is barely done on respective yards.
The crime has gone down greatly since last mid last year. It's really peaceful and breath of fresh air with police visibility continuously.
Nice student accommodations 3km walk to NWU Vaal Pukke A nearby filling station and food complex 10km walking distance
The place used to look good and safe. Seems as if no one cares about the place anymore.
