This Unique and spacious Hotel is situated in landscaped gardens near the crocodile river.This countryside Hotel Offers 50 Luxury Rooms, consisting of 37 Luxury family/ Twin Rooms. There are 12 Luxury Suites with King size beds and private balconies overlooking the river and 1 Honeymoon suite with a King size bed and a private plunge pool in its own garden.

This place is worth every penny. The rooms are luxurious, clean and spacious. The staff is so friendly and they go an extra mile to make sure you happy, now i see why they call it "The place of smiles". We had a picnic and their packages are affordable and delicious. their restaurant is clean, serves delicious food and prices are worth it!!!!! It is situated in a quiet place and its not even difficult to get there. They have backup power so we didn't have issues during loadshedding since we had power even in our rooms.
Rooms are good and spacious. Just need a good White paint. That yellow is too much. Wi-fi was terrible. Doesn't stay on for one hour and it's kicked off. Dinner service is not great. Breakfast is good, but on second day we had to order hot stuff from waiter, didn't have it as buffet as advertised. Pastries are not cooked through, dough still raw. Lodge needs more activities in-house, to entertain guests. It could be a great spot, as it's right on the river, but people just use it as a halfway house. Dinner would be busier too if it was geared towards guests. Rooms: Rooms are nice and spacious.
Great place to stay near to the Cradle of Humankind. Friendly staff, place is clean and well maintained. Easy access from N14 highway. Food well prepared and presented.Rooms: 5/5
A wonderful graduation and conference for the ACSI Emerging Leaders. The whole experience from check-in to final check out was filled with goid service, personal approach, caring waitresses, good food, heated rooms and time to reflect and slow down in a beautiful setting. The menu features variety, reasonable prices and healthy food. Desserts are lovely and the coffee strong!
Beautiful place with very spacious rooms. The restaurant has good food, although i think they did not stock enough for the long weekend, on the last day they didn have a lot of food thats on the menu, so orders were limited. Otherwise, the pool is amazing, the location is great,., their breakfast is too good.
An average experience. Rooms are clean but very cold and dark. A suggestion, plug the hair dryer near the mirror. Having it wired through the cabinet with no sight of a mirror is not very practical.Rooms: 3/5

Well placed establishment with poor service. We paid for food that was not provided. The cheese on their pizza was off and they had flies all over.Service: 2/5
We love staying over here. The rooms are spacious and well equiped with a huge bath and big shower. The English breakfast is always a winner and we never miss it! Safety: Very safe
Came here for an overnight stay. The rooms are spacious and the linen is clean. The staff came to make a sleeper bed from the couch for the kids on request. Besides the one bug we squashed, the room was clean. Breakfast was a full spread with friendly staff, with a little upkeep this place can be absolutely amazing.Rooms: 3/5
