Rivonia Optometrists have the most wonderful staff. They are always friendly, efficient and willing to offer sound advice. The optometrists are professional and highly trained and it’s due to this fact that my detached retina was detected and repaired so quickly, thus saving the sight in my right eye. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are looking for quality care then this is the place for you. They are certainly a remarkable team all round!

Just want to give the team a big thanks. Was a little nervous using contacts for the first time. They had a lot of patience explaining and showing me how to put them in and take them out. I must say i am so chuffed with the results. I will definitely be recommending your store. Was a great experience.
Such great optometrists and the team is super helpful and friendly. They have a stunning selection of high end glasses as well. Really happy with the service and honestly dont think I'll go anywhere else!

Late, uninterested, poor service. I very specifically explained that I required my current glasses to get new lenses and was suggested to get a second pair as it would take 2-3 weeks for my first pair to have the new lenses done. I purchased a new pair, was quoted R6900 for everything and assumed the instruction for both pairs to be done was understood. I was also told that I could try contact lenses. Come in to collect pair one and try on the contact lenses. They are an absolute failure. I cannot wear the contact lenses. The optometrist even acknowledged and agreed that they were made incorrectly. Was charged another R600 for the fitting. I then gave in the first pair to have those lenses changed now that I had the back up pair and was was charged another R2000. The lenses on the second pair weren’t done as stipulated, when I contacted them to ask why this wasn’t done, I was told I could pay in another R1900 for them to adjust it. I’ve had my glasses for 2 weeks and the lenses are popping out of the bottom of my glasses. I am beyond frustrated and unhappy with their service and inefficient work. Every appointment I had, I had to wait for the doors to be opened when my appointments were booked at 08:30. Unprofessional!
Great Service , Great Vibe and professional people . I've been in many practices , but the experience in Rivonia Optometrist is unique and professional. Recommending this well established practice to all who looking for great service and kind environment. Thanks a lot
