We are called the least active generation in history. Childhood obesity rates continue to rise and inactive children eventually become inactive adults. I specialize in training kids to lead a healthy lifestyle that can be maintained through adulthood. I also train kids to gain more muscle strength for specific sports. Strength training helps build healthy muscles, joints and bones. It will improve confidence, build a sense of balance, control and awareness of their bodies. I am a qualified Youth Fitness Trainer and athlete.
