Silverback Calisthenics is a Street Workout / Calisthenics team and training group in Bloemfontein, South Africa, and an official registered member of the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (http://www.wswcf.org) and the South African Street Workout and Calisthenics Association (http://www.saswca.co.za).
We offer effective functional fitness training for all strength / fitness levels, for 14 years and up. Workout programs are provided on a daily basis and catered for your level.
We strive to improve ourselves physically and mentally to also inspire others to do the same.
We aim to promote the sport of Street Workout and Calisthenics. We want to see the movement grow with more people committing to this way of working out and living a healthy lifestyle.
