My salad arrived without dressing because they ran out and didn't have the courtesy to call me with options; they forgot to bring me my cappuccino which I was billed for and when it arrived it was a cold coffee with condiments. Will not be eating from Rocket Express on Gwen Lane ever again

The food is great but they use single use plastic containers when they could use normal old school plates. The wastage of plastic is overwhelming.
service at Campus is awful. one colleague waited 45 minutes for lunch and I've just waited at least 10 minutes for an omelette and there's not one other person in the facility
