Great energy! The vibrations were good. I went there hoping to find shoes in my size or hoping to have some made. The shopkeeper was so helpful in directing me to a shoemaker. Only thing upon me parking, a child was hustling for money to eat. I didn't mind, but don't tell me what I give is not enough. That was a major turn off for me. Don't guilt me into giving because you'll end of with nothing. Thank goodness for the wonderful customer service at Rocksole Shoe & Luggage. It brought peace.

It is the place to go to in Cape Town. I have been bringing my shoes for new soles or any other repairs. Quality is great and I love the atmosphere in the shop. You have to leave your items to be repaired for a few days with them, but the quality of craftsmanship is worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I took an item of luggage in to get the zip fixed, when I called in, to ask if this could be done quickly, the man who answered the phone was really lovely and told me it was no problem to get it done before I left Cape Town in 2 days. When I arrived at the shop I was served by an incredibly rude women who seemed immensely irritated with me from the second I walked in, she was even more unfriendly when I told her I needed it done in 48 hours. They did get the job done really well and within the timeframe just, I had to fetch it on the morning of my flight, despite being told it would be ready by 5pm the day before, but considering the bind I was in I was grateful I didn't have to buy a new case, but my interaction with her and the lack of customer parking outside the shop it took me 20 mins to find a parking mark them down for me. However, in all fairness, if I were marking them on workmanship alone and was not influenced by their lack of customer service and timeliness, I would give them 5 stars, my zip is perfect.

I have been wearing the same leather boots since 2010. They fit me like a second skin. I have the rubber soles and zips replaced here every other year. A good polish and I'm good to go. Will never go anywhere else. Even if I lived in a different part of the country

Very poor workmenship, just had my shoe straps replaced, and they are pealing! Overpriced and cheap overall workmenship!! Will never recommend nor go there again... Extremely overracted. Raj you need to fix your very bad attitude, because you clearly on a high horse riding to nowhere!!

Terrible service.... Arrogant owner and overprice for what you get. Check your receipt and if someone say something make sure it is on the receipt. What they say is not what they do.... does not match the result. Make sure you only Pay when you collect.... not before. You cant trust....

Rocksole resoled my favorite pair of traveling shoes outside of their usual schedule. They were so easy about accommodating me. Much appreciated, and they did a wonderful job.
