It's peaceful, clean, self-catering, and/or camping cozy places to relax. The sound of Fish Eagles are the only alarm that awakes you in the morning. When you open your chalet doors, you have the beautiful look of the Vaal river and the clean smell of a beautiful fresh day of relaxation. Natasha & Jacques owners feel like you are best friend from the first day you met them, and their crew very helpful and scared of a baby snakebig laughter... I recommend Rocky Ridge 100% if you want to get away from your day to day doings, and need to relax and spend quality time with family and friend, tou know we're to go..

This place was absolutely amazing ! Natasha went out of her way to accommodate us and also added special touches to our visit . She is honestly an incredible host and just such a pleasure to deal with . Definitely would recommend ! The views were stunning as well .

The place is beautiful but it doesn't have access to clean water

I was there for a day outing. Nice lawns well trimmed and flower beds are good looking. It's situated on the vaal River.

Spent a weekend camping here. The sound of the river is refreshing at night and really calmes you down. The ablution blocks are always clean. They outsource activities such as river rafting and paint ball. The paint ball unfortunately did not turn up, but the river rafting was amazing. Its around a 4.5km routeif you know how to paddle. You can also do some fishing, but the fish play hard to get.

Enjoyed our day visit. Not great for fishing though, but very relaxing. Friendly owners, flea market on Saturday a nice attraction. Braai facilities, clean toilets, jumping castle for kids, clean pool, river rafting.

Nice camping for rich people. Far away from noise out of town. There is a river nearby . Beautiful houses beds self catering Rooms: Beautiful Safety: Very safe Wi-fi: No wifi Food & drinks: Self catering

This is a lovely place to stay for a holiday if you want to getaway from the rush of the city. It is very peaceful there. Will recommend it anytime to everyone. Thank you Jacques and Natasha for our wonderful stay there!!

Camping spots are clean, ablution facilities ok, we have experienced the water running out. Be careful where you choose to camp as the canoe company and people have no regard for campers. They traipse right in between tents.
