If you want an amazing place to train come to RTF. You will not be sorry. Great vibe and great people. Coaches care about the progress of the athlete's. Both set high examples when they train.
Great folks, everyone is friendly and helpful, from trainers to other members. Not for the faint of heart, however they are aware of your fitness levels and push only as much as you can handle.
If you live in Krugersdorp and sorrounding area,this is definitely the Crossfit box you want to join. Awesome people and great coaches. They will help you no matter your fitness level is.
Had my first introductory class this evening. It wasn't pretty! Being an amputee, and already having tried the traditional gym, I had my misgivings about my ability to perform some of the exercises. My instructor Ocean was amazing and quickly put any doubts I had to bed. Super impressed!
Absolutely love this gym. The coaches are amazing - although they're patient with you when you start, they soon start to push you to your limits! Willem thank you! You're awesome!
