Not old enough now to stay there, but from what we have seen when we visited a friend, that is the place to go on retirement... exceptional, personal touch, clean area, just a simple wow... not only is the staff friendly, but there is so much our elderly can do. Frail care are great, the swimming pool is also great and there is a huge library to keep our elderly busy and also giving them a festive time on the side in the restuarant.. thank you for each staff member fir looking after them...
A beautifull, safe and secure retirement resort close to a mall and the Kruger National Park and lots of other attractions. The area is quiet, peacefull and the lowveld climate is very nice. There are lots of activities for the people who are staying in the resort and medical assistance is just a push of a button away. You can either purchase or rent a unit at a reasonable price. After living here for a while you will realise a couple of irritations or problems: The courtyard is very small with low walls and also a very low washing line. They do not allow installation of watertanks to harvest water when it rains. The garage is short and narrow and can only manage medium sized vehicles. Your extra vehicles will stand in the sun during daytime since you cannot build a carport to provide shade. There are no place to install a braai at your unit. The entrance at the main gate is a tight fit for bakkies and suv's. The waterpipes inside the complex bursts regularly. The levy is excesively high R 2, 500.00 per month and rates and taxes are almost R 900.00 per month.
