Best wholesaler and consistent with fabrics, if you are friendly to staff they will help you with anything you need. Because it's a small company they don't have the staff numbers to assist every individual customer, but if you're happy to wait they'll help you personally with any of your needs.

Please put a sign on the gate on Saturdays when you are closed. Me and several other customers waited for you to open not knowing that there are Saturdays when the store isn't open

Horrible service with this manufacturer I've sent in a complain about fabric purchased waited a week for a response and only received a response after sending a second mail. the response I got from Rubitex was that the poor quality fabric wasnt their fault and that I should basically be grateful for their services because they sell their fabric at wholesale prices to even the smallest purchases. I was told and I quote "We are charging whole prices even for small quantities purchased. I think there should be some appreciation here. For the small quantities you have purchased you are paying the same price as another customer that buys thousands of meters." The total lack of empathy towards their clients are uncanny and I would not reccomend this company to anyone or their products. This is no way to deal with clients, terrible customer service!

Service is horrible. They take forever to help you and when you are finally done being helped with your fabric you have to wait another 10 minutes for the cashier to ring you up

Well priced with relatively standard stock quality and supply. Handy swatch card system and friendly staff - of which Patrick is by far the best!

Horrible experience. Entered the premises and asked someone to assist me with suit material as I knew nothing about this type of material. I was directed to a section of the store and left there. No assistance at all.

Service is pathetic! The manager behind the counter allowed a staff member to disrespect me as a paying customer! I understand that the store closes at one, but that does not mean you do not assist the clients that are still in the store. Material is beautiful and well priced. Will definitely not be recommending this fabric store!

Sent an email query 2 weeks ago, no reply. They spelt "Sequins" as "Sequince" on the site. The site says it offers a specific type of product, when click on the link, it says it doesn't exist. Poor customer service means I won't be back.

Very poor service. Learning how to treat customers would go a long way. Don’t recommend.
