Not very busy, with high cover charge totally out of kilt to the noisy metal band playing. The doorman wearing shorts & crocs was probably the highlight of the evening. Now, if there was decent music, a good sound system, minor dress code enforcement like no sandals and an 80's/Alt/Indies/Ska/Goth playlist... and this could be a great venue.
Please get a decent sound system or sound engineer, or both. The whole point of going to a metal club is to be able to Headbang the evening away to amazing tunes. Sound should be your first priority. The old Venue was fantastic and had the most brilliant sound and acoustics.
A more 'intimate' gig venue. Worthy of 4 stars but one has been taken off as I find the entrance fee and drinks to be rather expensive for what's on offer, as well as the lackadaisical service.
Drinks are fairly expensive. Music was okay. Wished I was there on the Saturday for the live bands though. The patrons seemed a bit young and not sure if IDs were checked. Other than that the atmosphere was good and i will be returning for some live music.

Great live event location, situated close to the highway, offers in house catering, reasonably priced, with a unique atmosphere.
Great venue, still staffed by a large contingent of the faces from the previous venues, still friendly, and still scene driven. Drink prices are decent and the vibe was good. Sadly very empty on this visit, but hopefully live music and crowds will pick up with summer.
this place has the potential to become one of the biggest and convenient chillas Randburg would have, but the owner is uptight and the drinks are expensive Kid-friendliness: No kids allowed Wheelchair accessibility: there is none
