Much improved service from the first time I stayed there. Pity abt the parking lot view but that's life. Rooms and bathroom generous size, breakfast has improved a lot and for vegetarians, just ask for customisations. They will help.

Had a great time Staff are very helpful and friendly! The bar close to the pool creates a fabulous atmosphere and there were a DJ one night playing!Rooms: 4/5

Excellent hotel with amazing views. I love that it's connected to a mall with all the shops such as woolies, picknpay and pharmacy. My only criticism is the price of the food at the restaurant, which facilitates the room service.Rooms: 5/5

Beautiful Hotel... Prime Area... So Lux, but yet extremely comfortable. Perfect for business trips or a break from reality. Sad there wasn't Tim's for photos! Guess I'll just have to return soon!!!

Excellent hotel with exacting service. Location enhanced bu attachment to upmarket mall with restuarant. Only issue is rooms could be better lit Food & drinks: Excellent well balanced meals. Pricing very affordable from International standards

I went here for dinner… it’s so chilled and the service was great. I would definitely come back

I came over for a new years eve event and stayed the night. Dinner was lovely and we were helped by a great waiter named Mthandazo. Breakfast, however was chaotic. We are to checkout at 11 but the restaurant could not handle the capacity of its own hotel. People were waiting outside the restaurant having to place their names on a waiting list or return to their rooms. I then went to my room as recommended & promised a 15 mins waiting only got my food 1 hour later. Staff in the service industry should not lie and always find ways of accommodating their guests. Its unfortunate that this hotel could not. And it was a frustrating experience

Attended the #sastyleawards2023 at Hyde Park corner and the after party was at the Sunbar. What a nice restaurant with beautiful views overlooking the north.Service: 5/5
