Year end function for our visit this year! Its a lovely venue, plenty of parking and central. Huge fountain and water features, plenty of spaces to sit with a drink and chat. Also, perfect photo opportunities. Food was good but I found the desserts not quite meeting expectations, hence 4 stars. Would definitely use the venue however for any event or function.
Went for List 2022. Lovely venue. Neat, clean and secure. Ample parking. Well kept gardens.
Oh what a lovely place . If you have an event , I recommend it, even a wedding. The place is beautiful. The garden is always flourishing with lovely roses. My boss said if she gets married for the second time, it will be definitely be at Summer place
As always a classic boutique venue. Could have easily earned 5 stars for a simple drop n park or umbrella service. Had to park on grass. Shows messed up..hair totally destroyed... and some cars were parked in.
It's an okay place for an event. The food was underwhelming. The starter we had could have been much better had it been warm. We had a buffet setting for the the main meal, not enough flavour... I mean if mess up mash potatoes ... One major thing was the no notice of allergens. The coleslaw had nuts and no one warned us about that.

Top venue for functions, with rolling lawns, unbelievably well maintained gardens and superb staff. Overall great experience, and could do well for functions both in the day and the evening.
This is an exellent venue for functions and seminars. Grounds are kept in a pristine condition and buildings are well looked after
Our wedding got canceled with them 1.5 weeks before our wedding date. They let us know via an email and no follow up calls were taken. Our wedding deposit was not refunded to us. And we had to find a new wedding venue in a week and a half! What was my dream wedding venue turned out to be a nightmarish experience. And this was after 2 years of planning it with them. We also went to summer place a week before they let us know they had to cancel our wedding!!! So there was ample time for communication.
Cool venue for lots of fun! Pop up was splendid!
