Poor service I wouldn't recommend someone to go and purchase something at Russell's store Krugersdorp. They are now refusing to refund my money because they sold me an old laptop . They don't know how to treat their customers if the manager doesn't take a stand and teach his/her employees how to treat their customers they are going to loose a lot of customers. They also hanged out my calls whenever I try to ask about my refund so if you were planning to purchase something there just don't to avoid drama.
Poor poor service. Never have I ever been so disappointed with a company. It's been a week that I await delivery!!! They sent me an sms confirming that delivery will take place on the 03-07-2021 STILL NOTHING!! DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID THEM. The customer Service is ridiculous they hang up in my ear not once but 3 times when I phoned them to complain. Please spare yourself the drama and avoid Russels
Russells suply very good stock. Sometimes not the colour you want.
Please do not ever deal with this store. The service is appauling to put it mildly. Customer service is non existant. To have a pensioner sleep on the floor after she paid the bed in full due to your incompetence is despicable
