I am highly disgusted with the service I've received from Sleepmasters up to date. First they sold me a broken mattress which is still under warranty. They were supposed to bring a new mattress on Saturday, 14 January 2023. The driver phoned to advise that they gave him another faulty mattress and he will deliver first thing today, 16 January 2023. This morning I was advised that the warehouse is closed that was at 10:30 in the morning and no ETA can be given! This is an absolute joke! The Key West branch is also not reachable on the landlines! Perhaps it would just be best to refund me so I can purchase elsewhere.
I've spent a great hour or so at the shop, and I would spend another one due to the absolutely amazing service by Candy and Sarie. They are the definition of customer excellence. Their patience was on point, they explained everything and gave even more information on the sale we needed. I'm definitely coming back. Wow

they are only helpful when you are buying , the after sales customer service is horrible, from lack of interest to help to misinformation from their employees AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE FROM THE EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE PROCEDURES OF THE COMPANY, It looks like the store and head office each have their own procedures. JUST horrible
