I find their service to be moderate just the prices that are sometimes a bit steep.
My husband wanted to buy a car amp. After waiting half an hour for assistance they did not even know how to test it to make sure it works.

They have a selection of second hand goods as well as new products.. Their prices are somewhat high in my opinion but nothing to drastic.. The employees are helpful most of the time and are there to assist you with your needs.. It's not a very big shop.. All and all 6/10
I had to drive all the way from Soweto to sell my phone cause they said it's fine I can bring it but when I got there only to find out that my phone isn't in perfect condition just because of a little scratch on the cover but there was a torn couch there and they had no problem taking it in, what type of service is that
I recently took a loan with them and used my Sony sound system just b4 lock down. I then received SMS that they have started operations and I'm given 20days to come collect. I went to pay only interest to extend. Saturday I went to pay all outstanding with interest. When I collect my sound the remote and wiring was missing and they replaced with the different brand without even apologising for inconvenience remote doesn't ever have cover for batteries.
Friendly and competent attendants. Floor manageress has inflated ego and zone skills with other staff but friendly with customers. Till attendant very pleasant and helpful
Good service but can take long due to slow computers and old systems. Unless you urgently need the money I would suggest selling your stuff online though, their offers aren't great.
Today upon entering the store I had on my hat and mask,they guy asked me to remove my hat as to see my face which I did,I proceeded to the games to by my games as I do every month and put my hat back on.He then came to me and said I had to remove my hat or be escorted out if the store as it is against to law to wear a hat in the store.All this time employees and customers were walking around in the shop without masks and one guy came walking out with his hat ons is head without a problem.The employees then took pictures of my vehicle and license plate which is illegal and I will be going to the police station to open a case against the store for misconduct.
