SA Agulhas II

This ship is a centre of excellence that allows our South African research team to explore the Southern Ocean, Marion Island and Antarctica. They supply the bases and move tons of equipment on a regular basis with a tough and well-trained crew. The Agulhas 2, aka Miriam Makeba, boasts massive newer and bigger recreational areas, huge bridge and cool navigational equipment. But make no mistake, this is a workhorse, not some tourist toy and is not wheelchair friendly.
