What is a “Burger Joint”? A place where they serve burgers right? Wrong! At Saints Burger Joint, we’ve created a place to pair burgers with other foods, great beer and innovative drinks. It’s a place with a vibe.

Ok, so what makes our food different from the other guys? We have a food philosophy, a real one. We don’t take shortcuts on quality.

How many times have you heard the line, “We only use 100% pure beef patties”? We’ve taken it a step further. We grind our own A grade South African meat on site!

Our ingredients are all locally sourced, free range products. Always fresh, never frozen.

Our bread is baked fresh daily on site.

We even run against the grain on our bar menu, sourcing a wide range of craft beers, authentic Russian Vodka and have put together unique cocktail and wine lists for you to enjoy.

Because, when done properly, a Burger Joint rocks!

Our go-to burger spot time and time again!! If the wind isn't blowing, the outside sitting area is lovely with beautiful views of Table Mountain. We always enjoy their old school rock music playlist. Great cocktails and beer on tap. Reasonable prices too.
Excellent service. Meals perfectly cooked, tasty and exactly as described. Lovely cocktails, will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
Great service, lovely view of table mountain topped by a 100% beef burger, beautifully prepared assembled and presented. The price is very reasonable for what you get. I had had enough of ambient noise this week, but sitting outside was the perfect antidote. I think I can love this place!
We loved the views across Table Bay, the milkshake cocktails and the delicious food. Some of us had the burgers, others the ribs and another the pizza. We were all very happy and satisfied with the delicious quality food served. All health protocols were observed and the restroom facilities were well maintained. The service was excellent from both staff and management. Thank you !
Located at the end of the beachfront view of the Eden On Bay Shopping Centre, you’ll find the vibrant Saints Burger Joint. The restaurant was boiling hot in the inside and we were advised by the staff that there was no air conditioning. We then rather opted to sit outside in their covered patio area. It was cooler there but due to that night’s weather, there was rain too, and although the patio was covered there were drops of water hitting our head or drinks etc but that is to be expected and isn’t a complaint. The service was ok, it wasn’t spectacular I have experienced better and although the waiter was not to blame, one of our orders got ‘stolen’ by another table, so we had to wait while a friend waited for a whole new order to be placed. The food wasn’t bad but, if I am comparing price to what I have experienced in other other burger joints then I won’t lie when I say I was expecting a bit more for the price I was paying. The venue, is really not bad but with COVID19 currently still in place I did find it disappointing that by 21:30 the bar and kitchen is closed up with out any prior warning. You couldn’t technically even order a coffee but our waiter made a plan. The place is not bad and don’t let my experience cloud your decision, I just felt that they closed things down so early considering it was a Friday night and curfew is only at 12pm. Maybe I am wrong and maybe Johannesburg operates differently but being from Johannesburg, I am used to restaurants closing down just after 11pm, because of the curfew. Anyway the aesthetics is great and give their burgers a try, possibly this venue might just be what you are looking for.
Every time I visit this amazing place I leave with the feeling that I can't wait to visit again. The atmosphere is simply fantastic and service is friendly. Live music and amazing food is second to none. The chicken livers are out of this world and same goes for the sliders. You can't go wrong with ANY of the amazing burgers with flavours fighting for your attention. There are more than enough fantastic choices of beer to choose from as well. I will be going back again and again!
I love the fact that they are pet friendly. And very clean inside. Waitress was very friendly too. Unfortunately I found more than two hairs in my burger and this really put me off. They handled my complaint really well and didn't charge me for the burger which I barely started eating. They offered to give me anything else on the house but my meal was ruined. Also ordered a pizza, which was very nice. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon though. The burgers were a bit too pricey in my view, but it included salad and fries. Sweet potato fries were lovely. I do think they are worth a try.
Stunning views from the terrace of robben Island and table bay... Friendly service... But best of all is the food...the food is excellent for the price you pay... Portions are generous with lots of sides options as part of the price of the meal...known for there burgers but you could choose anything and it would be well prepared.. The sliders are highly recommended and quite filling...
Everything from the Whiskey to the burger was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere. Great service. Great music. Would recommend going to Saints for a chilled laid back yummy treat by the sea.Food: 5/5
We usually have great food here but the last 2 times they have gotten at least one order incorrect . The last occurrence they actually knew it was wrong when they brought it to the table and apologized. They should have warned us ahead of prepping the food . We also waited over 10minutes to get served . I fully understand that there was minimal staff because of covid restrictions but the waitress were walking past us constantly. The food was average and I feel like the serving portions have shrunk lately. I used to love this restaurant and I hope they get better again
