Beautiful place, in a great location and beautiful view. But they don't attend to the little details, which are very important to the guest. let alone not resolving the electricity issue. There's no room cleaning, leaving our bins to overflow. They don't provide the full tea/coffee kit, how do you drink coffee without milk not being provided. No bathing soaps or bath foam, just a gel not enough options. There's a lot to step up too besides a pretty room.
Very lovely and secure place in Sandton, stayed there without power cuts during load-shedding.
This has been a great experience. A special thanks to Sylvia Govender - SG LUXURY LETS She's been the most helpful and has always accommodated me at late hours for checking in and make sure my stay is comfortable and has always upgraded my rooms for me. Would definitely recommend her to facilitate your bookings.
It’s such a pity, the apartment hotels are a great idea, but it all comes down to the owners, they need to step up their game, service their apartments and be more interactive. The apartments are spacious, great view and good layout..Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great as the owner of the apartment wasn’t very interactive, and hadn’t serviced or cleaned his apartment very well. There was no back up power either and he didn’t care to even inform us. I don’t think I’ll stay there again and neither would I recommend. Rather pay for a hotel.
Stayed here for a month. It was awesome. Good views ,spacious room, Landry room ,underground parking and its very safe. Booked on Air bnb .
No generators during load shedding, extremely expensive building with not even 1 generator!!!! Windows are so thin which means the rooms are freezing in winter, maintenance staff are never onsite if there is a problem
Love the view, the idea of hotel apartments, Codfather restaurant is amazing, apartments are spacious, sophisticated, gym has all you need and the super friendly Zwele to help out with workouts and all. My only concern is the safety, in 5 months 3 calls to security and police regarding domestic violence and fights right in front of our door.
Awesome place, close to everything in Sandton. It has backup generator for load shedding but only the corridors and restaurant is powered by it. The apartments are terribly kept but I don’t think there is a reason to rate the overall building based on that.

The worst service ever. The security guard was the receptionist and rude as ever! The AC wasn’t working, stove wasn’t working. Dirty sheets and had a horrible smell.
