They made me wait in a LONG queue even though I'm highly pregnant, security personnel didn't care, I hated every minute of it, never going there again, I've cancelled all my policies with them, service sucks!

I'm so disappointed with Sanlam PMB. Last Friday I went there to take one of their polices the guy who is financial advisor promised me to get back to me ASAP till today I'm still wait. I don't what is hard to open a police especial if I'm permanent employee?

What helpful staff- they went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed and that I understood everything.

What a surprise I got from this Help Centre. Instead of wasting Money and time on phone calls , I went in to this place. Parking no issue, sign and and wait. 10 minutes later I had all the info from a friendly later that also updated my profile online. Thank You

Web site state open at 8,actually open at 9,what a waste of time due to poor info on their site.
