SARS Mitchells Plain

I had the worst experience ever, bad service from the coloured guy with a bald head who is the manager apparently. I had the case no from my previous appointment which was never resolved and i was referred to the nearest branch in order for the case to be solved and closed. However the guy never cared to listen to my story even when i showed him the relevant documents together with the case number, as for the security guards i believe they are allowed to ill treat people by the SARS management in that branch.

Tried making an appointment via SMS and after 5 days nothing because SARS employees on strike. Why must we go out of our area to be assisted. SARS quick to say you owe them money but when you have a refund due you get stalled even after fixing your details on e-filing. Staff are nonchalant.

Service is a standard one well reserved and understanding services thanx a lot I do appreciate everything

Staff just hang up if they can't assist and won't let you speak to a manager.

SARS Mitchellsplain... Very poor services. In my life I've never come across a with such terrible service. I'm a public servant myself, this kind of poor service is on the other level. I arrived at 9:00 only to get help 15:45. Shame on you

We were pleasantly impressed with the efficient and friendly service we received at Mitchell's Plain SARS offices! Very neat and tidy and the Floor Managers were very helpful. Short waiting period and ample counters! Keep up the good work!

What an organised bunch - SARS Mitchells Plain a total breeze doing a registration. It took all of 20 minutes. You were met by friendly ushers who told your exactly what was needed, which counters to go to in a very large office. Very friendly staff, the security staff included. The gentlemen at the counter was knowledgeable and efficient. Big ups to SARS Mitchells Plain

Mitchells Plain: Waited in a long queue just to be told they not taking any more people. Its only 11:40 but they full. Why didn't they stop people joining the queue like home affairs? Waste of time just because they don't want to pay a small amount of money to a loyal citizen who has not stollen 1c of the trillions that was looted!!
