Sasol booth road west - The manager / team leader at this garage prioritized a truck that came to fill up over me in a light passenger vehicle. He told the petrol attended not to allow me to fill my car, go inside the store to purchase & and pay for the fuel and my items there. He then proceeded to follow me inside the store, infront of other customers to tell me to go pay at the filling point for the fuel & go back to the store to pay for me goods, just to accommodate the truck driver who found me at the filing station. Clear the garage prioritizes truck over the small change that is brought by me to fill my car
I only like the Booth Road Sasol. The best service and the Manager there always looks after us when we there. Friendly staff and the shop cashiers always tell us what specials there are.
This Sasol Service Station is very clean, all Covid protocols are followed. Friendly staff and Excellent service makes your visit an enjoyable experience. Also the pastries that sold here is absolutely delicious. For a quick bite on the road. Please give Sasol Booth Road West a try
I try to always fill here. Besides my ABSA rewards I also get good service here and some attendants know me by now and go that extra mile. Love the petrol.

Not to be pitty or anything, but why do you guys have a number of which no one seems to be answering. I've been calling since I got to work this morning at 8am until now, so one is answering the phone. Please could you add an alternative number. Stay Blessed.
Same as any other decent Sasol garage, Woolworths inside has fresh food and beverages. Pretty decent.

They need to get new till point workers, they are rude, they lack customer service cashiers... as for petrol attendants they are doing a great job
