I give them 5/5. We normally fill fuel at this petrol station but today we rushed in here looking for water to fill up containers because we have not had water in our area Bonela for over 2days. We spoke to an attendant and he advised us to speak to the owner who emerged from inside and upon hearing our plea for water her said "no problem you can fill your containers". Just wanted to say thank you to all at the petrol station and hopefully you continue with this type of service.
Stop running this place like a Pakistani shop, the management doesnt follow Engen policy, please bring another brand or send the owner back to business school and a copy of his franchise agreement. Just avoid this garage entirely use the one with the woolies instead.
Great service overall, however the guys in the car wash seem to be less efficient. Had to wait as they just stood and talk with no vehicle attended to. Its sad that such poor workmanship could be the negative side of a rather great place with so many good people. Hope this could change for the better.
I just filled up at Engen welcome and my experience was amazing. Msomi was so thorough he noticed my brake fluid was low. Well done to the team. Friendly and efficient.
Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Woolworths quality and ethics—I have always had a good experience when I walked inside this shop. Some time later: I have found always that the staff will go out of their way to help one.
Speedy and excellent service always received. The petrol attendants are friendly and they'll offer to clean my windscreen even when I'm not filling petrol. Conveniently located.
I had a burst tyre on Westville Campus at 6h15 this morning, 5 dogs in my car! Had to drive to your petrol station on the rim. The help I received from Phumsile, Siphiwe and Themba was amazing! I never had a cell or purse with me but they cheerfully assisted me, changed my tyre and sent me on my way, safe and sound. I am going back on Friday to give them a bonsela but just thought you should know that you have three wonderful heroes working for you!
Car wash staff are useless. Made me park and go in to pay only to be told that they are closed. Cashiers dont know pricing for SUVs.
Great garage with good service. It was quick and efficient and also has a shop if you want anything for the road.
The food is not good, it is rotten if You want something to eat I'd prefer You go to Engen - Nissan West Convenience Centre. They sell good food there and the stuff is very friendly
