I’ve been using this car wash since I moved to Durban because of the great service first time I went there. Until recently when the short guy who is seemingly managing the whole crew decided to close the car wash while my car is not done, ran off while I was trying to find out what’s happening, and the ladies literally placed my dirty matts back in the car and disappeared with him, this all after I gave him a tip.
Excellent service from the staff who go above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle looks in pristine condition. Pricing is very good as well.
Service is okay. There is a short black guy that motivates the staff to perform but the white guy that collects the money is really lethargic. Hes got no energy and does not care if your car is properly cleaned or not. There is no proper management on site so staff do as they please.
Can the owners of this car wash kindly request that their staff wear their masks when cleaning the vehicles. It's very disconcerting especially since we are nearly a third wave of the pandemic.
Unfortunately this once-fantastic car wash has steadily gone downhill since Siva passed away. Service levels are indifferent and the personal touch is gone. I will not be going back.
