Excellent service from attendants on the forecourt. This place is home to a clean & spacious Sasol Delight Convenience store offers Halal food & pre-packaged meat items and a SANHA approved Pedro's Grilled Chicken Drive Thru. Food was great!
Understaffed slow service, even their pumps are slower than other garages, first time I've ever seen it take 6 minutes to fill up an SUV.
I Had a Horrible experience on the 28/02/2023.. my bank card stolen from inside the shop. Staff was not hepful at all. The security guard seemed to in conjuntion with the thieves. I laid a police report...they are current under investigation. Definitely not a safe place and very shady..The staff refused to give me the owners or managers numbers. Plus i found the they dont fill the correct amount of petrol if you not aware.DEFINITELY will never support this garage and urge patrons to becarful
Wow, what an awesome experience... Register cashiers were very friendly, very good servicebut what really took me by surprise was the service we received from the Pedro's drive thru assistant. She was calm, collective, spoke fluently and understood our order, made it clear that we would have to wait a few minutes... And I was so uplifted when she apologized for the wait, which was less than 10 minutes. Hats off to her and may her soul be blessed... Best customer service I have ever received with regards to my experiences at restaurants and take-aways. Absolutely divine
This is my go-to for petrol, car checks, bread buying. The employees are super friendly and accommodating. The attendants know exactly what they are doing and the food is always fresh.
This garage is closest to my home, i have always supported them UNFORTUNETLY, they always have issues which i think they should look into before they loose customers. 1.SHORT STAFF They will have 2 Petrol attendants in the evenings and it is a busy time, they will prioritize the taxis first They will then take 5 minutes just to go bring the machine instead of having them close by. They take even longer waiting for the cashier who is inside the shop to serve then and the customers in the shop-Some times i even wait 15 minutes just to get served! than additional time to fill and wait for my payment method to be sorted. who wants to waste 30 MINUTES IN A GARAGE. 2. NO FUEL how can you continuously run out of fuel its very inconvenient some people drive on reserve tanks to the garage just to be told sorry drive to another GARAGE We dont have FUEL! 3. NO OIL ! Which garage doesn't have oil - It has been over 3 weeks that they dont have OIL. You must fill petrol but they wont check the oil and water unless you ask them. They dont even wash your windows - Because they are so short of staff that its JUST FILL YOUR PETROL AND GO nothing else . 4. HYGIENE / MASK ON - They dont even have sanitizers at the points to show that they are practicing safe protocols. I have been to many garages and this is the WORSE. 5. CASHIER - You have one cashier who is serving the customers inside the shop than counting the change that has been brought from taxis. Now this means we must wait whilst they do that. PLEASE UP YOUR SERVICE!
Worst service, slow, inefficient and unfriendly. Either have no fuel and air pressure regulators never work. I would NOT recommend this service station.
Decent garage, waited a while for service and other cars who arrived after me were attended to before me. Great shop and takeaway
Staff at tills are friendly and efficient. Pedro's food is excellent. Sasol management is unwelcoming and do not follow the COVID protocols; such as wearing a mask. Yet the security refuses entrance without a mask. Staff and the management of Pedro's often do not wear a mask and remove their mask to talk which is very concerning as they are working with food. I have voiced my concerns to management on 2 occasions yet there is no difference. Some petrol attendants do not wear masks at all times.
Service levels sucks.......disappointing as always .....yet again no food disappointed Pedro'Sasol O' flaty I don't want ur free beez ......customers Service stinks.....No managers on duty Leena you were not helpful what so ever.. ....wow shifty yet again
