Sold me 2 packs of crickets a cpl months ago.When I went to feed them to my lizard, only had a few alive between both packs. Told to bring in the packs for replacement. All good except I live 40km away & didn’t get told that until presenting at the store for said refund. Still have em & they don’t ever have any live ones in stock to replace with!
Bought plants & fish for my new outdoor pond, staff were extremely helpful, had a good look around & got the gear needed, very happy with their advice . Will definitely shop here again. Recommend this shop, Kev .

Staff were lovely and enjoyed spending my prize from German Shepherd Rescue raffle from Nabiac Markets. They have some seriously beautiful hand raised birds there and lots of other pet supplies for all your other pets
How come the Foxy in the picture doesn't get a coat? I took 1 star off for that
Scottys Pet Barn is the ONLY place to go for any of your pet needs - Staff are super friendly, always knowledgeable and always happy to help. If you want good old fashioned customer service with great products then go here. We’ve visited on over 5 different occasions and EVERY time the experience has been incredible!

Jane and her girls are the best groomers in the area, always attentive to dogs individual needs and personalities. Jane is friendly and very approachable and always gives the animal her full attention. highly recommended
