Used to be one of the better seafood shops in Durban. Staff are helpful but the place is pretty basic now. Poor selection of fresh fish. No mussels, no crayfish. Expected way more from a coastal store.
Seafood market still hold its standards in maintaining hygienic standards. When you enter an establishment that adheres to being hygienic especially were one is purchasing food for consumption it's always a pleasure and peace of mind. They always also are well stock With variety seafood also the ingredients and spices. Also good staff that compliment one another to get the work done speedily and effectively
Not happy with dirty shopping baskets. The trolley area at yhe door was dirty. Required a thorough clean with disinfectant. Not impressed with the range of fresh fish. More refrigerators with frozen goods. The I dian food counter. Not impressed with the meal I bought. Will not be going there. A colleague told me it is s fantastic place. Far from it. Very disappointed.
Wow.. the food was amazing. Best prawn curry I ever ate. The fish curry was also super tops. And so well priced. The food is delicious. Will definately go back for more.
Seafood market never disappoints. Excellent quality at great prices. Free cleaning of crab is a bonus. Friendly staff and management.

I made an unplanned stop at the seafood market and I was very surprised at this market that sells alot of fish and other seafood. Not fishy smells and very neat and hygienic I am sure. Also a good variety of seafood and sauces, pleasant staff. Worst part of my visit was the lack of parking. Recommend this place as the food is fresh and you wont be disappointed.

Decided to try the store for the first time as we were driving past. Was pleasantly surprised with how neat and clean the store was, with the delicious aroma of masala fried fish wafting through the air. Bought some lovely fresh items like crab, prawns, fish and calamari. The free crab cleaning service was a bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
A pleasure to shop there. Aways very clean and neat. The service from the assistants is amazing.
