To you response Dear Seef owner thank you for your response suggest u get a hold of communication from both rental agent and myself on agreement with deposit Now the story is changing I have this in writing and ur company is not keeping to agreement . Suggest u also reflect honestly not a water leak but months of water issues months of electricity issues which took ages to resolve but I had to carry a big portion of the expenses and now in the end my deposit is being withheld while on the topic u acknowledge below that I was given notice yet I am now being charged cancellation fees all of this can be proved very easily hence me asking will a non white be treated this way? Highly Traumatizing Experience: Seef Hermanus Rental Division is seriously lacking individuals with any honesty or integrity and just out to make a quick buck without any concern for what is legally or morally within the tenants interest. They will.let you as a tenant "They" have placed endure severe discomfort for months on end and than still withold your deposit knowing full well the problemz experienced was due to lack of maintenance and even after much discussion agree a way forward in writing and still do not stick to it. People of colour should stay well away from this agency because rental laws and whats right and wrong dont apply to you as a Non white when dealing with Seef in Hermanus

Initial discussion with Cisca was enthusiastic and professional. Portfolio photos well done and letting went well. Sometimes we had to follow-up on things but that may just be the workload in the high season. We feel it is always safer to deal with an established organization and agent as these short term rentals can also go very wrong.
Cisca was absolutely amazing in handling our back to back holiday rentals! Her service was efficient and professional and yet incredibly friendly, making the whole experience stress-free for my husband and I. Thank you Cisca for your wonderful personal attention to detail and handling the change over of guests so fluidly.
