Hi can Ur juz have a machine there to let us get our q number seen Ur recently cut down alot of staff right,cos always long q juz to get a number so Ur counter inside at least got another one to help , some ppl even asking questions also can stuck da q until Ur glass door outside , Monday n Friday mostly more worse , hope da management can do something :

A convenient place located at space@tampines for anything to do with grab businesses.  It has a good range of businesses nearby such as furniture stores eg. Star living And also a gift store selling educational toys.  Grab has provided a conducive place for their grab partners and wannabes. It is almost a one stop service for car rental/ebike and etc. While waiting, they have free flows of drinks and snacks for their fellow visitors.  I did not take photos this time. Will put up photos in future.

The grab accident department for reporting at Jurong is very bad.The indian guy call satchi will push all blame when the driver is not at fault in the accident. No repair was done to the vehicle and ask the driver who is not at fault to pay the excess. Many time not just 1 time. Hotline: 66311864 Another lady call miss ng also very rude  Hotline:66311507

Beware renting from  crab rental! Lost so much of my income for almost a month, twice. Met with 2 accidents, few months apart. Both 100% not my fault according to their motor claim assessor and my vehicle dash cam. Authorised workshop asked me to call in every single day like a fool to check on replacement vehicle, unfortunately non was available until they fixed my car. Both accidents, third party offered to repair the vehicle with paint job and cover my loss of income. But I wasn't allowed to accept third party settlement as its mandatory for hirer to send to crab Rentals authorised workshop for them to earn n ignore hirer's loss of income. Extremely disappointed and fuming mad at the useless CSO who says they r unable to help with hirer's loss of income!

Went to GrabRental today to make some enquiry;very nice and spacious office. I was served by Steven , a very professional fellow; very knowledgeable too. I was able to get all my questions answered. Thank Steven and GrabRental

The driver of Grab Taxi SLP 40H, pointed his middle finger while I was crossing at the traffic lights junction pedestrians crossing between North Bridge Road and Coleman Street. Subsequently he drove away recklessly to Coleman Link.  At Colman Link he involved in an accident with the motor vehicle SMR 9859G while picking up his passenger.  When I volunteered to be the driver Mr James Koh’s witness he turn aggressive towards me on the verge of hurting me and was not remorseful. He could be behaving in this manner probably due to his work stress.  Am posting this for public interest and safety.  Blessings Facts Finder

Grab car rental CSM speechless , Grab totally speechless and unfair to grab driver partner. They don't even bother you once sign up with them as driver partner. Want to know more I can share with you guys before and consider signing up with them. My contact 88387577
