Shell Greenfields Service Station

Absolutely useless service, bowser men, are absolutely rude. You can wait close to 10 minutes in your car, the men or women there will walk towards you as if they are on a fashion runway absolutely slow once they get to you, you will clearly say petrol / diesel and the amount but still somehow they can’t hear, the reply is always “ what” I mean have some manners for crying out loud. This shell location is absolutely terrible I recommend you drive down the road to BP or Engine, even tho their rewards cards are useless compared to shell at least it is safer and the staff are so much more kinder, let’s not forget the small quick store, almost everything is past it’s sell by date as well as rude service almost all the time. I hope she’ll decides to close its pumps in the next few years. Please whoever reads this please don’t ask me to email shell or any sort of mail, no one replies you guys simply don’t care. Thanks

Pathetic service station. You have to wait to when the staff want to fill your tank. I waited 15mins to get diesel.

Most unsafe location. The staff was more busy talking and dancing with the taxi there. Waited 15minutes and left because of no person even came to fill fuel. Others left too because of poor service. I would recommend using any station, if you value your safety and want reasonable service.

Absolute shocking service. I was the only one in the shop with 5 “cashiers” behind the counter plus a manager and not one of them could assist me. Manager having a social with 3 of the cashiers and 2 others have a laugh with the attendants outside. I will never step foot in that ####hole again. It’s dirty and deteriorated. No security and tones of loiterers outside make me feel unsafe. This location needs a new franchise or new management and a makeover at the very least.

EXTREMELY UNSAFE LOCATION. No security in sight. A ton of people loitering and watching customers. They've walked up to the window and pressured customers to put their window down for who knows what reason... The petrol attendants and security wherever they are completely ignore it all. These guys would probably watch customers get robbed and carry on with their day. Don't bother filling here. Go to a station that cares about the safety of their customers. NOT WORTH THE RISK. Rather drive a few more km and try another station.

Honestly I have a video. Of how bad the service is. I will no longer use this shell for my business or anything. Not the first time, shell ballito has done this countless times. Staff chat to one another laugh instead of tending to customers. Asked me today what I want then completely ignored me for 10 minutes while employees had a laugh between each other. Horrible service honestly disgusting

The stores terribly worn out, the collect sign is missing the "e" , all the signage is brown and dirty, the bins were over full, the handsanitzer bottle was filthy, the floors had holes in it, the counters were all discoloured, the staff was ride and seemed to shout at each other but mumble at patrons, the entire place smelled terrible, the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and the entire restaurant looked shabby, unclean and generally unkept...Its amazing they even allow this place to run

Clearly who ever has the loudest voice and blondest hair gets helped first. If you complain u get shouted at in Zulu. Sorry Siyabonga R but you have no respect.

I wish that there was an option for 0 stars for managers because that is what Colin deserves after the disgusting way that he dealt with a situation involving myself today. I will NEVER use shell again!
