I'm new in town and I was thoroughly impressed with the online reviews of this salon. I booked an appointment and had my long and frizzy hair cut and straightened to perfection. I have naturally coiled curls which I often have straightened. I had my hair straightened at Shockwaves almost two months ago and the stylist did something that completely destroyed my natural curls. There are still patches of my hair that are pin straight. I did not opt for any special treatments, just a wash blow and straightening as I do at all other salons.Service: Blowouts

I attended this salon initially for my partner to get his hair cut and met Adrian who was so knowledgeable about colouring and knew what I would want for correcting my previous hair colouring without me even telling him. So I booked to go back for myself before flying home. I’m so happy with how he corrected my hair and how hardworking and friendly everyone was in the salon even allowing the workmen from outside to charge their phones at his place!
