Chilled, laid back atmosphere. The food was delicious – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. A definite hidden gem in Harties. Ask for Innocent, he'll serve you with a smile : James Mentor & Jade Bailey
My friend and I went there for lunch and ordered the nachos. It was immaculate. The temperature was perfect and it was flavoured perfectly. The service was impeccable, they were quick. It was a lovely atmosphere with good music.Food: 5/5
A lovely place, awesome outdoor seating, as well as inside. Our waiter, Tumi, deserves a special mention. He's a great host. We visited for early dinner, the place was quiet at the time. We ordered a lime milkshake and a chocolate milkshake. Both were delicious. Then we ordered the mixed platter. The food was freshly made, flavorful, and more than enough.
The venue has a garden setting. Atmosphere is nice but the food is lacking. Snails are so small they have to put two together in the snail bowls. Saffron mussels is okay but not great. Staff are friendly and service a little slow. Not a bad day out but there are better places to go nearby.Food: 3/5
Siesta Tapas Bar and Bistro is a hidden gem tucked away in Harties. The food is excellent and mouth-watering. The venue is quite and cozy and perfect for a larger gathering inside. The service was good but not the fastest or friendliest yet pleasant. thus the 4 stars I would recommend Siesta Tapas if you can get a spot inside especially during winter.
The website clearly states the restaurant is open until 10pm tonight. Yet when I arrived at the the restaurant at 7:30pm it was to my surprise that it was closed. Outside the restaurant were signs that said closed for renovations this winter yet there was nothing about that on the website. Please can you update your information so that tourists who are planning to have a dinner out can actually successfully eat the dinner that they planned to have.
Great restaurant that lives up to its name. Variety of tapas to choose from including meat and vegetarian options. Adequate service. Staff very friendly. Full meals also available not only tapas. All items reasonably priced and freshly made. Outside seating in a beautiful garden. Great for a group of friends/family as the tapas are ideal for sharing. Highly recommend for an afternoon/night out. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available as tapas and as full meals. Parking: Limited parking available on the pavement next to the restaurant.
Definitely a nice little place. We went there during the day which meant that it was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice atmosphere due to the gardens and decor. I believe that it will be a different experience if you go there at night and have the various lights on that is scattered throughout the garden. We had the chicken nachos and the mixed nachos chicken and beef it was more than enough big portion.
Beautiful setting and yummy food. Service could be a little faster, but then again you probably don’t go there to be “in-and-out in an hour”
A long Sunday drive to find good food brought us to Siesta. Great ambience with spanish tunes in the background. The food was OMG too good. The burger tho had a floppy bun that easily fell to pieces .but the chicken fillet was great so the bum didnt matter. The mussels were a winner. Overall it was worth the hour drive...and we had am awesome host...Tumi. Thank you my guy!
