This was an absolutely abysmal experience! The ice cream tasted pretty bad, the chocolate sauce was old and congealed and the nuts tasted so old and disgusting I could not get the taste out my mouth...it lingered. The service was terrible and the cleanliness was not up to scratch! I think I paid nearly R200 for a coffee and two ice creams, I believe it was the extra concealed chocolate sauce that brought the price up... Thoroughly disappointing!
Service was great! Food was good. And I loved that they and a variety of music for everyone.Food: 4/5
Customer service is very poor. We arrived around 17:00 and placed our orders. After 1 hour the waiter comes back and tell us they don't have Pizzas that we have orderd for the kids. It took about 3 hours to get our food, to make things worse the food was very bad and the fries were burnt. Me and my girlfriend we started feeling sick the same night we ate the their food. I'm not coming back ever again. This happened on the 26th of December 2022.
We had to wait more than 15 minutes to have our order taken. Which was a bummer as I noticed other customers didn’t wait as long as we did. Favouritism amongst customers was observant. Our chips were mushy and not enjoyable. Waiters not paying attention to customers. Would not recommend
A good place to work from as quite a few tables have plug point access. Lots of seating, friendly and helpful staff. Good range of food from Tex Mex to burgers to brekkie.
Unfotunately when my daughters breakfast arrived, after standing nearly 10 min in the warmer, her eggs bacon etc was ice cold i ordered avo on toast, the toast was also standing so long that it was tough and the scraping of avo was definitly not worth the money, and we travelled from Tzaneen to Hoedspruit especially to go to Spur. We will not be visiting there again
I give it 5 stars for service and friendliness, but 5 of the 6 members of our group was very sick the next day. The only one that was not sick was me, because I was the only one that did not have any ice-cream. Please investigate, because I suspect that your ice-cream machine or utensils are not as clean as they should be
We had such a nice lunch with my kids on their birthday, I must say their food is delicious even though I have been to other spur it seems this one ,makes an effort to give good tasty clean food.
I ordered and paid directly at the restaurant at 09:00 am to come and fetch the meals at 11:30 am and when I arrived nothing was ready, I had to wait 45 minutes…I waited in a corner of the restaurant and the manager didn’t do anything to apologize no drink offered just a sorry …. I will never ordered anything there again…
Horrible horrible service ordered food for takeaway, a mere burger and wings and an hour later nothing has been made alothough I paid and ordered in store
