I had my car washed at 8h30 and so I talked to owner Jacques Bock about my chevrolet bonnet which is in a very poor state. He immediately came up with a little machine to see if he could help at all, where he polished only a piece. According to him, it would work and I said go ahead. This man went the extra mile for me as the client. Excellent service. I salute you Jacques Bock and your helper,Enriqo. Thank you very much. Went in for standard wash, received more than expected. Well worth supporting businesses that excel in what they do.  They also have a great area to work from while your car gets pampered.

I’ve taken my car there twice now and not only had friendly service, but very efficient and high quality service! They use Meguiars products which my husband raves about.  They know their stuff and don’t wash the cars in a way that does damage or leave micro scratches.  Love the little coffee shop upstairs that you can relax in while you wait!

I took my car to them for Smash and grab. Sadly they didn't do a good job. This is my 3rd time that I had to return to them to fix the rear windows, as the tint was making a bubble and that it didn't look nice on the edges. I wanted to do a ceramic coating at  Silver line car wash, but is doubting to do it. I will write another review/update in 3 or 4 weeks time. REPLY TO OWNER's RESPONSE: Good afternoon I did not have a problem with the borderline, it was the edge of the tint that was not nice and made bubbles, but if you read my review, you would have seen it, but you were more focused on the one star rating. You also mention that I left happy? This does not make sense. I drop my car before 8am and informed your staff that I needed the car at one to fetch my daughter from school. Your staff said no problem they will bring the car before one. Your staff was aware that I must pick up my 10-year-old daughter from school at one. My daughter was standing alone at school, waiting for me. When I called Britton he told me everyone is busy and they do not have a pickup service. Why telling me now about not having a pickup service. How inconsiderate as he knew my daughter was waiting for me. Can you please post the rude whatsapp messages or explain? I was never rude and still have all my messages. I believe in supporting local businesses and to be treated like this and the level of lies. Just to save yourself is sade.  When a pick my car up from your workshop, you came running towards me and yelling!  “You give me one star!” Arrogantly yelling! “Bring your car on Monday so we can remove the film and reimburse you”.

I love taking my car here. It is very clean and my car feels almost brand new when done.

I had my car cleaned inside and out. It looked like a new car. I also had some bad marks on the chrome parts on the car and Silver line car wash took care of that. Super impressed. While my car was washed, I waited in their coffee shop and also had excellent service and great coffee. I am one very satisfied customer!Services:&nbsp;Full body wash

Properly the only proper value shop in paarl, they always clean my car to the highest standard and even offer the more specialised service that is very convent.  Is is difficult for my to have my car cleaned any other place.
