Silverstream Hotel/Jose's Club

This place is really the most unprofessional establishment that I have ever come across, as myself and my fiance had no other choice but to book in at this local hotel, when the morning came and we went down for breakfast we decided to simply play the slots as a we were waiting on our breakfast etc,once we got our breakfast we went back up to our room and I would say that about 10minutes later the person whom is suppose to be the security at this establishment he came up to our room and knocked on our door and I could not believe that he actually told my fiance that there is some guy downstairs playing at the slots whom is requesting for sexual company and entertainment from my fiance I am actually leaving this establishment now due to that I won't ever recommend anyone to visit this place

Lobby broken chairs, unhygienic the stairways is filthy, the rooms and bedding is horrendous definitely a no go horrible place to stay over, the containers and cups they served us coffee in was filty

Other than plenty of gambling areas, this hotel also hosts community events however the accommadation leave huge room for improvement

It's beautiful place and nice view really and I love it

Used the rooms TV s broken dirty towels,used soaps bedding is burned please do upgrade

A lot of improvements required here. Not ideal and does not qualify the status at all. The place is very unhygienic, especially the rooms
