Simply Asia, Atlasville

I went there with a friend for dinner. Positives: 1. The Sweet Corn cakes are quite tasty and a lot better than other branches. 2. The Creamy Peanut Curry 341 has a delicious sauce that goes well with rice and veg. I would lick my plate clean if nobody was watching Negatives: 1. Their Red Curry 305 didn't have a strong flavour and was not as spicy as expected. 2. I had chicken while my friend ordered duck. We both felt that meat was a bit tough and should have been more tender. Overall I liked the food besides a few hiccups, the place had a nice atmosphere to it and it's one of the better places to get Thai food.

We had this meal last night, was tasteless and R2 packet of noodles , all in the plate was a value of R15 and charged R99 On top of it all this morning im on the toilet with diarrhoea Very dissapointed

I feel so cheated with simply Asia . I was feeling for noodles and choose sweet and sour stir fry and found out later it comes with Jasmine rice instead . No where on the menu does it even mention rice . If you want disappointment you've come to the right place

The food was amazing, with a great setup and atmosphere. The only problem is, our waitress wasn't too friendly, got our orders wrongs, and had an attitude. The manager, however, was very, very kind and apologized on the waitress behalf. It was our first time going there, but it definitely won't be our last as we we be going back for the amazing food.

Ambiance is good, located in the front area of the mall which needs to be updated. But the restaurant itself is well setup and clean. Food was good, only their hot curries are very mild. They don't have the half price sushi on a thursday like other Simply Asias, but do have 25% off sushi on a monday.

Our 2nd visit in 2 weeks. We ordered the same meal. No consistency in the quality off food. The meals were tasteless. Definitely will not be back.

The food was amazing, and the presentation was stunning. The portions are quite good as well. The restaurant has an exotic atmosphere and you leave feeling like you have been somewhere special. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. It's a little pricier than other places, but worth the money.

Nice variety on the menu - both Thai and Sushi. Relaxed setting, good and friendly service. Food is fresh and well -prepared. Great value for money.

I would recommend this place for a Quick bite to eat after a Jol or just killing the Time. The Food is great and the Vibes of the place is very Chilling with Friends. How ever size of the Food Portions are just mind Blowing and for the Price you pay for it. I think its little bit unfair where you should atleast get 2 Servings for the Price of one. I would Rather go to a Place where you get a Full meal instead a 1/4 of it. R145 Rand just for that. Is just too much for a Little serving

I'm giving a 4 star, the meal was execelent and taste was what i expected it to be, but the portion size was not what I expected it to be for the price I paid, i got a half full bucket of chicken and sauce sweet n Sour with a good amount of egg rice, i feel cheated for the food size and really don't appreciate the size of sauce and chicken, i was left feeling like i am owed a second meal to be quite honest, i ordered from your atlas ville mall branch..
