Alaska Spur Steak Ranch

Nice spur , good playground for kids , service normally good but last few months staff just congest entrance making difficult to even enter , screaming and playing around with each other , food quality drastically reduced over last few months , maybe changed management or cooks , but dreadful taste , plating and quality of food .

Nice atmosphere, Staff very efficient and friendly and the Food was great too!! The smoking section somewhat cramped though which caused me too smell like an ashtray, ventilation not the best. Besides this little glitch, we had a real good time.

I loved the food, My waitress was incredibly friendly and one of the kindest. A worker from orexi Greek restaurant was there, he was a little drunk and he kept staring at me and making me uncomfortable. The spur waiters did nothing about instead they had a laugh with him.Food: 5/5

We had breakfast here this morning, and compared to northmead Square spur, where we usually go the food lacks a lot of effort here. Our eggs 10 out of the 12 we were 6 People were fully cooked and we had the same order ~sunny side up but turned~ our fries were not fresh and the onion rings were not fresh either. The quality of this breakfast and another spurs breakfast is not even comparable., EDIT 19 Nov 2022. we came back for redemption on spurs request, they handled the review fairly good and we came back for breakfast, on the house, the manager who called me were no more there, but Gerhard helped us, and this time the food was top quality, fresh and done as requested. I have always loved to go eat here. But as of recently service is poor and food is not of the best. We only eat breakfast here as it was always lovely. Now I would rather have it elsewhere.Food: 2/5

We went for breakfast on Sunday morning. Coffee was cold and the breakfast was cold had to send it fir reheating had to ask twice fir the mushrooms I ordered with the breakfast. We eat there often and never have a problem with the foodFood: 2/5

Excellent service. Exeellemt food. Glasses had a bad egg smell "not nice" waitresses mentioned that there were numerous complaints about the egg smell in glasses.

Their play area is so nice and it's safe, they tag the kids clothing and it gets taken off when you are done, so no one can just grab your child.

Walked in to find waiters standing around playing on their phones, giving us dirty looks. Eventually had a trainee take us to a filthy table, took our drinks order and we didn't see him again since. Left the branch nearly an HOUR later, hungry and disappointed. It would make sense if this was a busy day. Let's just say my Spur Card had a nice trip through the shredder afterwards. 4th branch in the area that let us down in a matter of a few months - we'd rather support someone else who still makes customer service a priority.
