One of our regular spots, great food. Recently excellent quality. Polite staff and good service. Could do with air conditioning, but other clean and comfortable.

I've been to this branch 3 times, each time it took the waiters and staff at least 15 min to tend to us even though there were, at most, only 2 other seated customers. They would watch us come in, seat ourselves and wait while they either, stood, congregated or moved about by the counter. Honestly, we felt rather undermined and unwanted. When someone finally did see to us, they almost seemed apologetic or embarrassed. It was as though they all expected someone other than themselves to serve us and the one to finally do so was embarrassed that no one caved sooner... it wasn't a very nice feeling being there. The food was great though. I've always enjoyed Simply Asia's recipes! You have some of the best sushi!! It's sad that the service and atmosphere at this particular branch was so uncomfortable. It messed up the experience.

The service was quick and the wait staff is lovely. Unfortunately, this is without exaggeration the worst sushi I have ever had. I can’t attest to the quality of their other food, but do not have the sushi. It is truly terrible.

Food got cold too quickly, the taste of the food was not what I was expecting, service was not great cause of the time taken to receive our order.

Uber eats orders have always taken more than one hour to be prepared before even leaving with the driver. The food comes cold as well. Rather order via phone and pick up or go sit there because ordering for a delivery comes with slow service and cold food.

We enjoyed it very much just giving a 4 star review because the beef for the Ramen tasted like it was pre-boiled so didn't have any of the broths flavor maybe put it on the grill to give it some colour and flavor then I'm sure it will be a 10 out 10 for now its 8 for me

Love Asian food and Simply Asia does not disappoint. My selection was 316 crusted honey chicken. Happiness. Currently running a special for R65 Monday to Friday. Plenty bang for your buck.

Good food , cooked exactly as I wanted it , but slow service though. Price point ok

We have been to Simply Asia a few times but this time around they were just not it. We sat and ordered and waited for 40 mins and only then the waiter said they are understaffed and we should be understanding. We said okay and he said it would be out soon. After an hour we decided to leave and the waiter said its ready and only one dish remaining. Not sure why the starters were not served. The food was terrible when it arrived. It was cold and dry. The chicken dishes had just a few pieces of sad chicken. The dim sum was super super dry with what looked like freezer burn. Disgusting, I could not stomach it. Definitely no manager in sight, waiters not concerned to inform or consol the waiting customers. All the customers were very upset and they kept accepting new orders from Uber and mr. delivery as well as dine in without informing them that the wait time would be about an hour +. I could not even take pictures because the food was unappetising. Would like some manager to contact me about this experience.
